Position Description:

CGI has an immediate need for a Business Analyst/UAT Tester to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. • This position can be located at any CGI office in the U.S, preferred location is Reston, VA, Plano, TX, or Lafayette, LA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of the business.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a virtual team.
- Ability to manage to strict deadlines as well as prioritize and perform tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong in multitasking, completing sprint goals and managing changing priorities.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Preferred: Experience working with Salesforce.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
- Proficiency in the use of presentation tools and methods; skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools (Excel, Tableau) and strong analytical thinking.
- Knowledge in reporting for the purposes of system analysis, testing, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as MSOffice and SQL.
- Skilled in documentation writing of business requirements, release notes, user guides.
- Skilled in the system analysis and software testing by leveraging SQL, JIRA, or other tools.
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and see the “big picture".
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people, including users, product development team members and management team members

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent on Computer Science, IT, Engineering with related experiences.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $74,600.00 - $146,900.00.
