Momentum Technical Analyst

Position Description:
CGI is actively seeking a Momentum Technical Analyst to support a migration of Momentum 7.8 to Momentum 8.3. In this position you will work with multiple IT disciplines in shaping, executing and sustaining an enterprise-wide financial system. Working with various scripting languages (powershell, bash, python), and numerous 3rd party software and applications (Jenkins, Oracle Tuxedo, Oracle Weblogic, Oracle Database, SoftwareAG webMethods). You will support a wide range of efforts including but not limited to setting up Momentum environments, troubleshooting upgrade issues, creating and running automated testing scripts, and supporting data conversion.
This position can be located at any CGI office in the U.S, preferred location is Fairfax, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Supporting all technical tasks for the upgrade project. Support gap analysis efforts. Help troubleshoot issues arising from the conversion of data and custom into the upgraded Momentum 8x software. Ensure that all Momentum 8x environments are properly deployed and configured to meet the customer requirements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Momentum experience (or other comparable ERP software experience)
- Experience with containerization technology including Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience supporting mission critical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience creating, modifying, and managing batch jobs
- Experience using Git, Oracle Tuxedo, JBoss, Oracle Weblogic, SoftwareAG webMethods, Python scripting
- Software upgrades and patching
- Experience with Linux administration
- Experience with Jenkins
- Experience with Ansible scripting
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
- Experience with Momentum 8x
- Experience with Redhat Openshift
- Knowledge of federal financial management preferred
- Oracle knowledge preferred

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $154,300.00.
