Position Description:
CGI is seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support an SAP S/4HANA project for a large government contract. The OCM Analyst will work with the OCM team to develop, conduct, and manage change management initiatives for several affected Department agencies. Responsibilities include assessing client change needs, developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, measuring the success of change initiatives, assisting with communication development, and collaborating with related training efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices, as well as experience working with a variety of stakeholders.
This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead and manage change management initiatives in support of a new SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to support successful user adoption.
• Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate organizational readiness, identify potential risks, and uncover opportunities for successful implementation.
• Develop and deliver communication and stakeholder engagement materials and plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and impacts of change, integrating OCM activities into the overall project plan.
• Measure and report on the success of change initiatives by developing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assess the impact of OCM programs and develop alternative strategies as needed.
• Provide support to clients throughout the change process.
• Work with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives.
• Develop and deliver change management training for clients.
• Mentor and coach peer or junior change management consultants.
• Participate in the development of the organization’s change management methodology and tools.
• Stay up to date on the latest change management trends and best practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to the nature of the contract requirements, U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a CGI background check are required prior to beginning work. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
• Experience managing change management initiatives.
• Experience working with clients and internal teams, following an Agile methodology, to understand business requirements and assess change impacts.
• Ability to identify anticipated points of resistance and work with the team to develop plans that mitigate or address concerns.
• Experience conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, and presenting findings in a clear, logical manner.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with ERP or SAP OCM implementations.
Desired qualifications:
• Prosci certification.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $153,300.00.
