Position Description:
CGI is seeking a skilled Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA financial management system implementation for a large government contract. The Senior OCM Consultant will work with the OCM team to lead, develop, conduct, and manage change management activities across several federal agencies. This includes working with clients to assess their change needs, developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, measuring the success of change initiatives, and collaborating with related training efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices, as well as experience working with a variety of stakeholders.
This position is located in one of CGI Federal’s offices in Fairfax, VA; Lebanon, VA; Lafayette, LA; or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead and manage organizational change management activities in support of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA financial management system implementation.
• Lead the Change Impact Analysis process across multiple functional design teams, ensuring quality and consistency of findings.
• Participate in agile design and build workshops to capture process and organizational change impacts in real time.
• Develop and maintain change impact documentation, translating findings into actionable OCM and communications inputs.
• Support the design and administration of ADKAR-based change readiness assessments, pulse surveys, and change scorecard reporting.
• Activate and sustain the change agent and change champion network across the client organization.
• Identify and monitor stakeholder resistance and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with OCM leadership.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and materials for impacted employee groups.
• Partner with communications and training teams to ensure OCM findings inform messaging and adoption activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and impacts of change.
• Measure and track OCM activities and provide regular status updates to OCM leadership.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to contract requirements, U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a CGI background check are required prior to the start of work. Candidates must also have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in federal government ERP.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management.
• Demonstrated experience leading and overseeing Change Impact Analysis across multiple functional areas on a large-scale ERP or financial systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of organizational design concepts and the ability to identify organizational impacts of system and process changes.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level briefing materials and OCM deliverables.
• Proven experience managing complex change management initiatives.
• Experience working with clients and internal teams, following an agile methodology, to understand business requirements and assess change impacts.
• Ability to identify anticipated points of resistance and work with leadership or team members to develop specific mitigation plans.
• Experience conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, and presenting findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Jira or equivalent agile project management tools.

• PROSCI certification
• Master’s degree
• SAP OCM experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $194,000.00.
