Position Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to serve as a critical liaison between IT, Product Management, and Strategy teams, driving alignment between business goals and technical execution. This role requires deep expertise in retail, pricing strategy, and loyalty programs, with a strong ability to challenge existing thinking, identify gaps in strategy, and drive innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of retail experience, 8+ years in product management, and 5+ years in pricing management, along with hands on experience partnering with pricing stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and scale retail loyalty programs.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Strategic Liaison & Cross Functional Leadership
. Act as the primary interface between IT, Product Management, and Strategy teams, ensuring alignment across business and technology initiatives.
. Translate complex pricing, loyalty, and retail strategies into clear technical requirements and actionable product roadmaps.
. Facilitate collaboration, decision making, and prioritization across stakeholders.
. Identify and resolve disconnects between strategic intent and technical execution.

Product Strategy & Delivery
. Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for retail pricing and loyalty solutions.
. Lead end to end product lifecycle: ideation, design, build, launch, and continuous optimization.
. Ensure solutions are scalable, customer centric, and aligned with enterprise architecture.

Pricing Strategy & Optimization
. Partner with pricing stakeholders to design and operationalize:
o Dynamic pricing models
o Promotional and markdown strategies
o Price elasticity and competitive pricing frameworks
. Ensure pricing strategies are effectively translated into system capabilities and automation tools.
. Evaluate and improve pricing performance to drive margin and revenue growth.

Loyalty Program Design & Implementation
. Collaborate with business and pricing teams to design, develop, and roll out retail loyalty programs.
. Translate loyalty strategies into technology enabled solutions, including:
o Rewards structures
o Personalization and targeted offers
o Omnichannel engagement capabilities
. Oversee implementation and adoption, ensuring seamless integration with existing retail systems

Strategic Challenge & Gap Identification
. Leverage deep retail and pricing expertise to critically assess existing strategies and assumptions.
. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities in pricing and loyalty initiatives.
. Proactively recommend innovative, data driven improvements to enhance customer engagement and profitability.
. Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction

Requirements & Agile Execution
. Develop business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications aligned with business goals.
. Own backlog prioritization and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
. Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

Data Driven Decision Making
. Define KPIs and success metrics for pricing and loyalty products.
. Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to inform decisions.
. Monitor product performance and continuously refine based on measurable outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Communication
. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across pricing, merchandising, marketing, IT, and executive leadership.
. Clearly communicate product strategy, progress, and performance.
. Lead workshops and strategic discussions to drive alignment and innovation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
. 10+ years of retail industry experience, including merchandising, pricing, or omnichannel operations.
8+ years of product management experience, with ownership of complex, cross functional initiatives.
. 5+ years of pricing management experience, including pricing strategy and execution.
. Proven experience working as a liaison between business and IT/engineering teams.
. Hands on experience in designing and implementing retail loyalty programs.
. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
. Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 $156,700.00.
