CGI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, helping shape ServiceNow strategies, design scalable solutions, and lead implementations that deliver measurable business value. As a CGI consultant, you will work alongside talented technology and business professionals on high-impact initiatives for our clients. This role is located in either Chattanooga or Knoxville, Tennessee in a hybrid environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture, design, configuration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Establish architecture standards, development practices, and platform governance.
• Provide technical leadership from discovery and design through deployment and optimization.
• Design and oversee configurations, custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Lead technical design reviews and ensure alignment with ServiceNow and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Mentor developers and administrators and help resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Senior-level experience designing, developing, administering, and implementing ServiceNow in medium-to-large enterprise environments.
• Experience in a ServiceNow architecture or technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, development, integrations, security, and governance.
• Strong understanding of IT operations and software development principles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong client-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow CTA, CMA, or relevant implementation certifications.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow products, such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, or App Engine.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, platform governance, and technical roadmaps.
• Consulting experience supporting large enterprise clients.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $198,400.00.
