Position Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing a positive and welcoming environment that aligns with Clayton’s company values. They must be able to provide excellent customer service to anyone who enters the Clayton home office including greeting those with a smile, communicating effectively and help to assist in their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls to the switchboard in a pleasant and timely manner and transferring those calls to the appropriate extensions
- Providing the highest customer service continuously on the phone and in person.
- Greeting everyone that comes into the lobby with a welcome smile.
- Working with the Front Desk Scheduler.
- Communicating and working with other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel are a plus.
