ERP Reporting Analyst I

Summary:

The reporting analyst will be responsible for utilizing your Audit/Accounting background to perform automated reconciliations using SQL tools or reconciliation systems. This role requires running SQL queries efficiently and ideally involves working with Oracle ARCs module. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential for preparing detailed reports and presentations. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud financials modules and reporting tools is preferred. Strong organizational skills and a keen analytical mindset will be crucial as you tackle complex problems and contribute innovative solutions. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, will be necessary for engaging with stakeholders across the organization.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and documenting Oracle reports and processes to include cataloguing financial and transaction reports, working with business partners to determine reporting requirements, prioritizing, and producing quality documentation.

  • Provide reporting solutions while responding to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.

  • Responsible for guiding and training TMs on how to build reports and become the “go to” when questions arise through the business around reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree in Business, Technology, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in report development preferred

  • Oracle experience a plus

  • Committed, detail-oriented, motivated, self-starter, analytical, resourceful

  • Organizational and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of SQL

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with financial reporting or BI data preferred
