Summary:
The EPM Account Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise business use of the Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCs) application as part of the Oracle financials modules. This person will work with business SMEs to develop and fully utilize the ARCs application in efforts to streamline Account Reconciliation processes and develop and maintain fully functional reconciliations within the Oracle supported application. This will involve gathering business requirements, documenting process flows and data workflows, and configuring reconciliations. Position will also be responsible for administrative functions within the module and testing with the business and appropriate technology SMEs.
Job duties & Responsibilities:
Configure, update, enhance and maintain the EPM account reconciliation module.
Works with business unit leaders to set up new reconciliations in system.
Collaborates with business and ERP functional analyst to gather data requirements, reconciliation types, and necessary configurations to support new and existing reconciliations.
Understands and identifies how data changes can have a downstream impact; offers solutions as necessary as it pertains to ARCS reconciliation module.
Recognize and address reconciliation errors; address errors with appropriate parties and identify a resolution.
Partner with Lead Functional Analyst to administer data management and administrative functions within the module to maintain system and data integrity of the reconciliations.
Recognize issues as they arise with ability to resolve and provide guidance of correction.
Monitor and manage ARCs support issues and work with assigned functional analyst for resolution/
Will collaborate with business teams and ERP teams to ensure proper policies and procedures are followed and assist in training of business users for the application.
Collaborate with primary lead of module and serve as a backup for administrative functions of Provide design recommendations, budget governance and configure the module to optimize information flows.

Serve as subject matter expert on profitability module.
Work to add all of Clayton’s business units to utilize profitability module.
Work with BU’s for Profitability Enhancements and test and evaluate the monthly application updates.

Collaborate with technology team on testing new system processes and post testing evaluations.
Evaluate, test, implement, and train on regular upgrades from EPM provider.
Handle ongoing maintenance of business administration function and serve as point of contact for the business units to verify reconciliation data and metadata changes flow correctly through various viewpoints and reports utilized in Account Reconciliation module.
Ensure data integrity and verifies account hierarchy changes are valid and will not cause any metadata issues.
Serves as back up for FCC business admin. Can support FCC configurations, data reconsolidations, mappings and necessary rebuilds and updates.
Serves as backup for EPM Profitability and Cost Module business admin.
Qualification:
4 year college degree with Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related area.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience. Business reconciliation and ERP financials experience a plus.
Audit/Accounting background preferred
Ability to run queries in SQL
Prior experience with automated reconciliations wither utilizing sequel tools, access, or a reconciliation system
Oracle ARCs module experience a plus.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud financials modules and reporting tools
Excellent organizational skills
Highly detail oriented and analytical
Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
Strong verbal and written communication skills
