JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong interest in providing a world class dining experience serving local, healthy, and high-quality food.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Completes set-up, inspect for quality and restocking for: dining room, buffet tables, beverage stations, and meeting room f&b tables.
• Attends to guests needs during meal events in alignment with our high standards for hospitality and service.
• Performs stewarding tasks such as receiving, stocking and rotation of goods
• Meeting room refresh, table bussing and light cleaning duties.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of dining room and back of house service areas, safe food handling practices, and proper rotation of prepared products to assure prolonged usefulness and quality.
• Assists in ware washing duties for bar and meal events. Polishing glasses and silverware and rolling silverware.
• Participates in daily shift meetings to prepare for service and any guest needs.
• Performs inventory tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year in professional food service operation
  • Must be able to obtain food safety certification within the first 90 days. Employer will provide
  • Works well in fast - paced environment
  • Detail oriented
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Works well in team environment
