The purpose of the Wellbeing Specialist is to support and promote an integrated approach to wellbeing across the Clayton organization and population. This should result in enhanced wellbeing of team members and their families, as well as contribute to overall benefits, cost control, and sustainability. The wellbeing coordinator will support the overall strategic wellbeing initiative and will function as part of a team to help successfully deliver effective programs.
Duties and responsibilities:
Work closely with Wellbeing Strategists to ensure placement and promotion of relevant materials.
Assist with the overall design elements of the wellbeing programming.
Coordinate the design production and delivery process and optimization of all program marketing materials.
Act as liaison with third party vendors throughout the creation and delivery of Wellbeing programming.
Create and continue to enhance all program tracking reports to include distribution lists, material needs lists, and delivery of materials to locations.
Assist with determining marketing needs for individual locations/programs and customize materials, strategy, and format as applicable.
Work with team and strategic communication plan to showcase wellbeing events, programs, registration periods, incentives, and other marketing materials at appropriate times throughout the year
Assist with providing relevant information that drives overall engagement
Act as a liaison within the company to collaborate on ideas, boost
Participation, and sustain interest in wellbeing
Help with the delivery of projects and programming and make adjustments as needed to ensure programming is delivered to the highest of standards.
Assist in driving initiative to engage more team members in wellbeing programming
Expand existing wellbeing initiative from a grass-roots perspective, developing relationships with key stakeholders from all levels of the organization, particularly team members and leadership in high-needs areas of the company.
Integrate with current initiatives to reinforce foundation of wellbeing and cross-reference other initiatives.
Drive initiative to engage more team members in divisions with less wellness involvement to-date.
Oversee the delivery of the projects and programming, making adjustments as needed to ensure programming is delivered to specifications and high standards
Utilize communication strategies to educate participants on health-related benefits-programs.
Ensure education about Wellbeing Program details to New Hires to drive engagement.
Track team budget expenses, and program merchandise on a quarterly basis
Assist with creating and sustaining processes that accurately illustrate program results.
Help troubleshoot and correct data inconsistencies.
Initiate and prepare reporting on the impact of the wellbeing programming and initiatives
Assist with creating reports that showcase program data and outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Degree in health promotion or related field preferred.
Minimum two years of related experience required
Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, nutrition, exercise science, marketing, communications, or related field is desired
Strong organizational skills
An individual looking to grow in the wellbeing field long-term
Proactively thinking of new ideas and initiatives to grow the wellbeing program
Strong interpersonal communication, customer service and motivational skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva and PowerPoint at a minimum
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work with high levels of positivity, enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity
Strong attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate strong sense of urgency with meeting deadlines, planning ahead, and problem solving
