What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to project based strategic initiatives that influence Clayton’s growth and operational efficiency.

• Participate in intern events, networking sessions, lunch and learns, and leadership panels to enhance your understanding of Clayton’s mission and business model.

  • Execute business initiatives while receiving hands on experience and mentoring
  • Communicate and partner with other departments to complete goals and objectives
  • Executive Presentation showcasing your contributions and experiences during the internship

What We’re Looking For:

  • Junior or Senior standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, HR, or related field
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, and garner respect from other team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
