Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Information Security will lead a team of security professionals who have responsibility for building, enhancing, and maintaining Clayton’s security program. In addition to team member development and talent management, this role will help provide strategic guidance and mentorship to teams and individual contributors. Coaching and development of technical information security leaders is also required. This role must instill a culture that works toward the highest standards while ensuring that business objectives are understood and met. This role will manage and report operational security risks in new and existing infrastructure designs so that they are properly understood and supported while maintaining business agility.
About The Team
While reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, this senior level role is responsible for supporting the information security operations, programs, and processes for the enterprise. This role is involved in projects and issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business lines.

- Help drive the development and implementation of vision, strategy, technology architecture and product roadmaps across Information Security
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- Professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent industry certification
- Demonstrated experience consisting of 3+ years leading Security or Technology teams
- Skilled in vulnerability management, cloud security and endpoint protection
- Experienced in overseeing security operations, monitoring/reporting key performance indicators, and concentrating on process improvement
- Experience in handling mergers and acquisitions and growing security operations
- Understanding of best practices in application security
- Experience as an Incident Response Manager, overseeing the entire incident response program
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a high level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
