Internship Project Overview:

This project seeks to automate the repetitive, manual process of invoice handling using UiPath’s RPA (Robotic Process Automation) capabilities. By implementing an RPA solution, our goal is to enhance accuracy, reduce processing time, and free up valuable team resources for higher-value tasks. This project will be led by an RPA intern under supervision, providing them with hands-on experience in automation while contributing to operational efficiency.

Develop an Automated Workflow: Create a UiPath bot that can handle data extraction, validation, and entry tasks associated with invoice processing.

Improve Process Monitoring and Control: Utilize UiPath Orchestrator to enable real-time monitoring, tracking, and exception management for the bot’s activities.

Provide Operational Insights: Gather data and insights from the bot’s performance to inform potential future automation projects.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a junior is a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of development or scripting languages such as C# and VB Script

This position is hybrid and requires candidates to live within the Knoxville metropolitan area.
