Hospitality Internship
Position Summary: Clayton offers a multitude of different opportunities through our Summer Internship Program. The Clayton Summer Internship Program challenges students to think critically and analytically within their field of study while allowing them direct, hands-on working experience.
Internship Program Details:
- Internships are paid, full-time, hourly positions.
- Internship dates are May 19th – August 8th 2025
- Internships include several professional development workshops and opportunities for networking with other interns across Clayton's various lines of business.
- Interns will facilitate a presentation of their Summer project to Clayton Senior Leadership at the completion of their internship.
What you will do:
- Conduct industry research and present findings
- Assist with creating a plan to implement new ideas for The Lodge operation
- Support The Clayton Lodge guests with check -in’s, room checks, and transportation
What skills you will learn or develop:
- Understanding of the day to day operations of a corporate training facility
- Hands on experience assisting guests with varying expectations throughout their stay
- Must be a rising junior, senior, or recent graduate of a degree program in Hospitality or related field.
- Excellent presentation skills required.

- Experience with Excel, Word, and Canva strongly preferred
