Position Summary
The Change Management Partner (CMP) designs and applies change management processes, practices, and tools to create strategies to support adoption of the changes planned for key enterprise initiatives. The CMP strives to maximize Team Member adoption and utilization while minimizing resistance to increase benefit realization, value creation and the achievement of desired outcomes. The CMP collaborates with project leaders through the integration of change management activities into project plans.

Primary Responsibilities
• Works with a senior OCM team member to define and apply OCM processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
• Works with the PM and Project Team to connect the program/project vision and objectives to change management deliverables
• Works with the PM and Project Team to identify key stakeholders impacted by the change and develop the change strategy specific to each group
• Ensures user readiness, by identifying and managing resistance to change and determining and mitigating risks
• With supervision, develops surveys, gathers feedback, proposes adjustments and reports on adoption
• Supports project teams, senior leaders, managers, and supervisors to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end OCM strategy
• Supports the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
• Ensures feedback-loops are created and establishes two-way communications
• Collaborates with OCM CoP to collaborate on best practices
• Collaborates with the OCM leadership team to create and maintain an ongoing list of key enterprise changes; identify stakeholder impact, prioritize change efforts, and identify potential risk
Primary Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Organizational Design or like experience
•Working towards PROSCI Change Practitioner Certification or similar
Desired Skills
•Understanding how people go through change
•Aware of change management frameworks and methodologies.
•Experience in identifying stakeholders and developing communication plans.
•Able to facilitate workshops and process definition meetings
•Project coordination experience and understanding of project management practices
•Knowledge of process diagrams and identification of current and future state
•Able to analyze and determine potential changes requiring updated roles/responsibilities and skills
•Able to train team members and change champions on OCM practices and expectations on the project
•Able to define the change narrative and communicate it to the organization utilizing many different methods
•Able to map current skills to required skills and determining gaps requiring training or knowledge transfer
•Able to develop survey questions that provides the necessary data to verify change management activities are effective
Technical skills:
o Experienced with the MS Suite of Products
o Able to utilize communication tools such as Canva and Bananatag to develop concise and clear communications
o Experienced utilizing MS Teams and SharePoint
