About the Position
The ERP Tech team is looking for a Tech Delivery Lead to support the Oracle ERP Team. This role will serve as a point of technical expertise and as a collaborative business partner to our stakeholders. As the Tech Delivery Lead, your time will be spent building and enabling an efficiently operating team capable of building financial products and solutions that are used by the entire Clayton enterprise. This role will guide the team through process design, requirements gathering, testing, and configuration of the Oracle suite of financial modules. The Lead will contribute to analytical work in tandem with consultants, vendors, and subject matter experts across the organization. This role will assist in coordinating implementation, testing, training, and communication efforts with impacted groups.

Responsibilities:
- Manages and provides technical guidance to team members, challenging them to meet their potential and create solutions that align with our architectural guidelines and project goals for ERP.
- Strives to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Participate in peer reviews of design documents to ensure implementations align to project goals and conform to standards.
- Addresses issues as they arise to ensure blocks are removed and the team can operate as efficiently as possible.
- Serves as a technical representative for the ERP business user.
- Drives the team to pursue root cause, develop a gap analysis, and contribute to design revisions as necessary.
- Provide consultation on complex projects as a top-level contributor/specialist.
- Review business processes and make recommendations/implement changes to improve and support business activities.
- Coordinate and assist with communication, training, and roll-out of new financial enhancements or projects.
- Promote accountability and support at the team level to drive results and promote team member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading, through influence or direct management, development teams creating custom applications and multi system integrations.
- Proven track record of creating quality solutions with on time delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including managers, technology professionals, and subject matter experts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Humble, hungry, and smart self-starter that can work effectively within time constraints and changing priorities.
- Experience using Agile methodologies.
- Understands the importance of product testing, from unit tests to test automation.
- High focus on automation to ensure high quality while minimizing long-term costs.
- Seek to find inefficiencies in the team’s process and take ownership of remediation plans.
- Experience in project management, process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis, and phases of project life cycle (requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, training, and measuring effectiveness.)
- Proven ability to facilitate requirement workshops / training sessions with large groups of business users and leadership.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Financial modules
- Proven ability implementing an enterprise software solution and/or introducing new technology features and functionality to user groups.
- Experience implementing, administering, or configuring an ERP tool.
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications that can be used for development and break down technical complexities so that they can be easily understood by business units and end users.
- Intermediate to strong SQL query skills.
- Prior data and interface work are a plus.
