Brand Marketing Specialist

The Brand Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and consistency across the Clayton Enterprise.

This role is responsible for developing written content, coordinating campaigns and ensuring alignment across all touchpoints. The Brand Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting Clayton’s brand goals, marketing effectiveness and brand equity growth.

Brand Marketing Specialist Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or Communications required.

Brand Marketing Specialist Years of Related Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.

Brand Marketing Specialist Requirements

  • Ability to research and understand consumer and market trends and develop strategies accordingly

  • Support development of roadmap for marketing initiatives

  • Confidence in public speaking

  • Strategic communications planning and program execution experience

  • Creative and strategy-driven thought process

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, managing all work with thoroughness, accuracy, and efficiency

  • Willing to learn, hard-working, determined, and assertive

  • Problem solving, troubleshooting and ability analyze data to determine the appropriate action

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Brand Marketing Specialist Duties

  • Contribute to the development of brand and marketing copy for internal and external messaging on digital marketing channels such as websites, social media and email.

  • Provide strategic support to the Enterprise Marketing Teams with copywriting needs, such as digital experiences, social media, etc.

  • Participate in content reviews to ensure clarity, consistency and accuracy

  • Support the development, maintenance and distribution of messaging guides to ensure consistent brand communication across all business units.

  • Assist with the development of other toolkits and internal messaging resources to amplify brand team’s initiatives across the organization

  • Contribute to the development of brand and marketing copy for internal and external messaging on digital marketing channels such as websites, social media and email.

  • Provide strategic support to the Enterprise Marketing Teams with copywriting needs, such as digital experiences, social media, etc.

  • Participate in content reviews to ensure clarity, consistency and accuracy

  • Support the development, maintenance and distribution of messaging guides to ensure consistent brand communication across all business units.

  • Assist with the development of other toolkits and internal messaging resources to amplify brand team’s initiatives across the organization

  • Support tactical implementation of brand initiatives through communication and project management support

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across teams to increase awareness and engagement

  • Aid in the planning and execution of 1-2 brand activations and experiential events per year alongside agency partners

  • Maintain marketing calendars and project trackers

  • Coordinate development of campaign assets

Compensation Grade Pay Range

$56,000.00 - $70,000.00
