Position Summary
This team member will serve as an escalation point for the install, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software as well as network connectivity issues. This team member will primarily support users within our Home Office with any related print room needs. Those print room needs could potentially include print testing, check printing, end of the year procedural items, and scheduling machine deployments. They will also support AV solutions and mobile device troubleshooting. Some overtime and after-hours work may be required. The working hours of this 2nd shift position will be from 1:30pm to 10:30pm Monday thru Friday.
About The Team
The Desktop Support team has the privilege of serving as the face of Tech for a majority of the Clayton team members. This team works at a fast pace in support of a wide range of platforms and technologies, while having the opportunity to frequently collaborate with their peers across the Enterprise Technology Operations department.
Primary Responsibilities
· Follow documented policies, standards, processes, and procedures necessary to accomplish the functions of the position.
· Ability to navigate knowledge base articles in order to fix the issue at hand
· Troubleshoot escalated tickets from the Service Desk regarding software and hardware issues.
· Troubleshoot tickets regarding printers, computers and other peripherals.
· Assist the Clayton users with software and/or hardware upgrades.
· Work with the networking engineers to diagnose connection issues.
· Stay up to date on new developments in computer technologies.
· Provide excellent customer service to the Clayton users while offering effective technology solutions.

· 1 year or more of experience troubleshooting end user devices in a Windows environment
· Have a basic understanding of network protocols
· Must be a self-starter who can function with minimal supervision
· Ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities, and independently.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including executives, managers, IT professionals, and subject matter experts.
· Be able to lift up to 50lbs
Desired Skills
· 1 year or more of experience managing Windows OS devices
· Experience supporting mobile devices
· Experience working in an ITSM platform
· Experience working with Active Directory/SCCM
· Ability to write and maintain technical, knowledge-based documentation.
