Campus Operations Coordinator III

• Handles all invoice support for the Clayton Campus: Home Office, Design Center, Cottage, Grounds, Hangar, Gardens, and CBA support.
• Keeps a log of all invoices and ensures all have been paid on time and accurately.
• Serves as a central funnel for all invoices across Campus Operations to receive, verify, and ensure 100% accuracy for coding for submission to Corporate Invoices.
• Maintains strong relationships with our partners in accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Functions in a centralized role for verifying vendor information and setting up new vendors with ACH payments.
• Responsible for the asset management including new, existing, and disposal of assets.
• Partners with our designated Accounting Team Member on ensuring proper documentation on Capital Project Requests for proper asset management and budget tracking.

Education: 2-year college degree or equivalent practical experience

Years of Related Experience: 3+ years
