Job Summary

Universal Ads is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Universal Ads Manager and the UA Marketing API. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to develop a product roadmap, deliver new features, and improve the advertiser experience. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered advertising products that solve complex customer needs and drive measurable business impact.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and execute multi-year product strategy and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and partnerships to deliver innovative products and features.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for Universal Ads manager and marketing API.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements that maintain competitive advantage.
  • Develop product goals and strategic business plans that drive product positioning and initiatives to expand market share, API usage, and profitability.
  • Drive partner adoption and growth by defining features, programs, and incentives that expand API usage across agencies, commerce platforms, and developer ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., Canva) to co-create solutions that maximize advertiser value and improve partner retention.
  • Shape the partner experience by owning documentation, SDKs, sandbox environments, and support processes that enable faster integrations and increased satisfaction.
