Job Description
We’re seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This role owns campaign strategy, execution, and performance, partnering cross-functionally to bring cohesive programs to market that connect messaging to measurable business outcomes.
In addition to campaign leadership, this role plays a critical part in helping translate business messages into integrated programs, ensuring strong performance across digital, demand, and account-based efforts.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns aligned to key personas, target accounts, and revenue goals
- Translate business and product messaging into cohesive, high-impact campaign programs
- Orchestrate programs across channels, including paid media, email, web, content, webinars, events, and sales alignment
- Own and manage SEO/AEO strategy including evaluating performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and assessing ROI on SEO/AEO investments
- Use tools such as SEMrush to analyze search performance and guide optimization efforts
- Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, content optimization, and overall campaign efficiency
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in partnership with Sales and Marketing colleagues
- Partner closely with Technical Marketing, Digital, Product, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging, execution, and lead follow-up
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing team members to ensure programs are fully integrated and mutually reinforcing
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
- Define, track, and report on KPIs, including engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and search performance
- Analyze results to determine what’s working, what’s not, and how to optimize channel mix, spend, and execution
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of how various aspects of the role (campaigns, digital, SEO, ABM, sales alignment) work together to drive results
- Present programs, insights, and performance confidently to executive leadership
- Support occasional event and company-wide initiatives, including light travel (approximately 10–20%)

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated campaigns, or demand generation
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and platforms
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Proven success executing multi-channel programs with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of SEO/AEO fundamentals and performance measurement
- Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Familiarity with SEMrush; experience analyzing and optimizing organic and search performance
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and ZoomInfo (or similar platforms)
- Experience supporting or executing ABM strategies
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and funnel metrics
- Highly analytical, organized, and collaborative
- Executive-level communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology preferred
