Job Description
This position is responsible for coordination and integration of WWSC and Sourced Products initiatives, including but not limited to, supplier management coordination, supplier scorecard reporting and execution as well as leading and driving business financial and MCR goals related to Sourced Products.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Under limited direction, oversees multiple projects of a complex nature from original concept through final implementation.
- Defines project scope and objectives.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Optimizes resource utilization and achievement of client expectations.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides analytical guidance to project team.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Makes decision on client requirements and change in schedules.
- Ensures budgetary compliance.
- Assesses risks and develops mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- PMP or equivalent certification desired.
- Strong experiential knowledge of project planning methodologies.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to engage project team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines without direct managerial authority.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $104,000 - $136,500 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
