Position Summary:
Responsible for leading the Youth Development Team with positive energy towards a professional and efficient work environment while providing excellent internal and external customer service to our members and co-workers.

Responsibilities
Kidfit/Kidcity Programs:
- Oversee department operations and programs. Responsible for hiring, training and supervision of the Youth Development Supervisor and Youth Development instructors.
- Develop, plan, market, and implement year round programs and activities.
- Responsible for the annual budget and bi-weekly payroll.
Dance Program:
- Directly manage program and staff.
- Responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of the Dance instructors.
- Responsible for the marketing and planning of the program.
Other responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Participates in Manager on Duty rotation.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and address member suggestions/concerns as needed.
- Volunteer to attend and speak at health fairs, parenting fairs, or any other Covenant Health related functions.
- Participate in on-going training programs offered through Covenant Health
- Serve on process improvement teams to help improve systems, policies, and procedures.
- Meets monthly with Kidfit and Kidcity staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Bachelor of Science, Recreation Management, Childhood Education, or Fitness related field.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years experience with children in a structured environment. Experience working with children is preferred.
Licensure Requirement:
CPR and First Aid certification.
