This role will support the following school districts:
Van Buren, Scott, Oneida, and Cumberland
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Virtual Health Facilitator will assist with school nurse training, community outreach, patient/student registration, insurance verification, scheduling, performing testing, and performing and/or assisting with virtual visits at the schools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Health/Medical, or related field preferred
Minimum Work Experience
- 3 months of pediatric experience preferred
- 1-year experience preferred
- 1-year virtual health/telemedicine experience preferred
Required Licenses/Certifications for position
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
⚬ Effective communication skills
⚬ Strong computer skills pertinent to use of laptops and tablets
⚬ Implementation experience preferred
⚬ Excellent interpersonal skills and confident interactions with community partners
⚬ Travel to off-site locations throughout the region
⚬ Excellent problem solving are required as is the ability to multi-task and to work both independently and within a team
⚬ Experience with Apple products preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required. Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending, and reaching is required. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required
