Job Description
Position overview:
Newly created International Go-To-Market team, that operates on key markets: Germany, Nordics & Poland), needs to drive b2b sales (small & medium businesses) of financial & payment products.
Our Team works with Product & Sales team to deliver winning strategy to significantly increase business.
You will work independently, yet within established Fintech (we are in this business for 30 years, we have well-oiled processes, and our people are experts in the industry).
You can work from home-office with potential travels within our markets
Your responsibilities so what will you do:
You will do. Example: convert business idea into verified and executable action plan that sales team implements. Redo if needed, based on customer feedback, sales performance or market dynamics.
You will analyze. Example: gather or do research, find facts and crunch numbers to find the so-what.
You will organize. Example: structure and run projects, on your own, with matrix teams, delivering business growth.
You will own it. Example: projects and tasks have owners who bring these to the finish line.
You will control. Example: validate if plans deliver anticipated results, if needed remove roadblocks.
You will create. Example: to launch product marketing plans, assets and other will need to be created.
You will enable sales. Example: bring live sales team engagement tools, sales process, presentations, tools, scripts, documents.
You will inspire prospects. Example: design prospect material to generate lead for sales team.
You will be entrepreneurial. Example: when unexpected comes, you will step in and resolve the challenge.

Our requirements:
Language skills: great English; German / Norwegian / Swedish language would be an asset.
Work skills: Strong analytical, precise, systematic, logical skills and excellence in problem solving. Be detail oriented but keep big picture in mind.
Previous experience: work experience in P&L delivery or sales support welcomed (i.e. B2C business development or sales). Nice to have: experience in fintech, business development, go-to-market, business project delivery, combined with remote work, matrix and international environment would be an asset.
Social skills: be able to work independently yet contribute to a great teamwork attitude.
