Job Description
What is the purpose of this Role?
- To undertake Sales of merchant services to an assigned portfolio of small to medium-sized Elavon clients via telephone or email
Direct line reporting:
- SMB UK & I

- This role is a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011.

- Appropriately identify and manage risks, in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and with Company Policy.
Accountabilities for your role - what are you expected to do?
- The role holder will be responsible for generating new business sales within the UK & I SMB business segment within a geographical territory of the UK market. The role holder will close referred leads and self-generated business, through selling a range of Payment Solutions. The core measures of success will be new customer growth and revenue targets. Self-starter able to generate new opportunities from both existing connections, prospecting and territory management.

Qualifications Required to perform your Role? (experience, language, driving licence etc)
- Experience in Merchant Services (or Financial Services sector) preferred.
Experience of Self-Generating sales/prospects
