We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Marketing Coordinator to support our team to execute effective marketing initiatives, ensure smooth project operations, and deliver outstanding experiences to our valued customers.

Position Overview:

As a Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator at IRIS Networks, you will play a vital role in helping our team plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and activities that ensure positive customer interactions and experiences with our products and services. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks will contribute to the success of our efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Help manage digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO optimization, and social media scheduling.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to gather data on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Use research findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our products/services and how to use them effectively. Provide training and support as needed.
  • Feedback Collection: Solicit and collect customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods. Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, registration, and promotional materials.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain marketing data, and customer records, including [CRM] customer databases and contact lists. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare and provide regular reports on customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores and provide insights to guide decision-making.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers as needed for marketing projects for targeted customers.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Acute problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Marketing software/tools like Buffer, Canva, GA4 and familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
  • Heightened understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic about marketing, the customer experience and eager to learn and grow in the field.
