Job Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

  • Verify vendor billing accuracy
  • Perform 3-way match to purchase orders and approvals
  • Enter invoices into Accounting system in a timely manner
  • Accurately enter payments into online bank portal to process ACH, Checks or credit card payments
  • Accrue any under-billings by journal entry

Financial Record keeping

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
  • Record journal entries in the general ledger and ensure entries are posted correctly.


  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory on a regular basis.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with financial records.


  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors.


  • Analyze equipment inventory and other balance sheet accounts to locate any errors or trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.


  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed.
  • Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related experience.
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Quickbooks Online experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ad hoc projects
