About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with strong analytical skills who is ready to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in a high-impact role? Join our team as an HRIS Time & Labor Analyst and take the lead in ensuring precision, reliability, and exceptional service across our HRIS and time & labor processes! You will manage HRIS security, assist with HRIS testing and troubleshooting, audit time worked against company standards, educate employees and leaders on time and labor policies and practices, and ensure alignment with federal and state laws.

This role will also be responsible for:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert on time and labor practices, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Managing HRIS configurations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system security
  • Acting as a resource for the timeclock system (TimeClock Plus), resolving issues and supporting system configuration
  • Developing, maintaining, and distributing standard and custom HR reports and queries
  • Recommending areas of improvements related to the time & labor process
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of all procedures and practices applicable to functions and responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering appropriate communication and training based on organizational needs
  • Exercising utmost discretion and working with highly confidential data
Other team functions include compensation analysis, pay-for-performance administration, and employee data management.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, time and labor, timekeeping, payroll, compensation, or related professional role
  • Excellent team and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to work with confidential information and exercise discretion
  • Strong computer and querying skills, including an intermediate level of MS Office Suite and HRIS
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Proven ability to balance urgency and thoroughness in high-pressure environments
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HRIS and TimeClock Plus (TCP)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues
