About the Role: We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Transportation Analyst to support our Transportation department. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in process improvement and program management who thrives in a dynamic environment. The Transportation Analyst will play a key role in optimizing fleet operations, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives such as sustainability reporting and program expansion.
In this role, you will:- Identify process inefficiencies and implement cost-saving improvements
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Support cross-functional collaboration and program engagement
- Oversee pool vehicle program expansion
- Manage Geotab as a subject matter expert
- Develop reports on environmental metrics, alternative fuels, and grants
- Assist with onboarding, payroll, and change management efforts

Physical Requirements:
This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a typical office environment. Duties involve sitting most of the time with occasional walking or standing. The role may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items up to 10 pounds. Bending, stooping, or reaching may occasionally be required. Physical demands may vary by position and may occasionally exceed those described above.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in process improvement or program management
Strong collaboration, analytical, and change management skills
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Valid driver's license

Preferred Requirements:
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in process improvement or program management
Experience working with fleet management systems, particularly Geotab
Beginner to intermediate Power BI experience preferred
Familiarity with sustainability reporting, environmental metrics, or alternative fuel programs
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
