The primary responsibilities involve the planning, development, and execution of boat build albums and factory tours. This includes close coordination with internal teams, dealers, and boat owners to ensure brand representation is aligned across experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn. We expect foundational communication and coordination skills, while providing opportunities to grow marketing capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and owners regarding product build progress, tour scheduling, and photo documentation.
- Manage and respond to email correspondence with professionalism and clarity to align expectations and maintain timely communication.
- Maintain an organized product image library that aligns with model year changes and current offerings for use in sales and marketing efforts.
- Schedule and conduct engaging plant tours for customers and owners, ensuring a consistent brand experience throughout the Tennessee facility.
- Capture high-quality product photography during the production process, adhering to brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain an inventory of promotional items to enhance tour experiences and customer satisfaction.
- Design marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) in response to customer and internal requests.
- Collaborate with production teams to include marketing assets (catalogs, promotional items) in outgoing boat shipments.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage customer engagement touchpoints and track marketing interactions. (HubSpot experience is a plus.)
- Provide additional marketing support as needed, including event coordination, proofreading, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 2-3 years of related experience or training preferred.
- Understanding of boat building processes is a plus but not required.
- CRM experience, particularly HubSpot, is considered an advantage.
Other Valuable Experience:
- Familiarity with manufacturing production environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Background in customer service or retail.
- Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and contribute to cross-functional teamwork.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and interpret general instructions and correspondence.
- Comfortable drafting professional emails and conducting one-on-one or group presentations.
Mathematical Skills:
- Basic arithmetic, percentages, ratios, and interpreting visual data such as graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
- Strong practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow multi-step instructions and navigate varied, non-standard situations.
Work Environment:
- Safety glasses and closed-toe shoes required in production areas.
- Typical 8-hour workday; overtime occasionally required.
