Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Operations Manager leads the processes, systems and data strategies that power digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on marketing automation, CRM optimization, conversion improvements and compliance while ensuring seamless collaboration across IT, Marketing, creative teams and external partners. The position requires strong technical expertise, operational discipline and the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Build and maintain frameworks for digital campaigns across web, email and CRM
- Partner with IT, Brand Marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless platform integrations and high-performing content
- Manage external partners for site enhancements and troubleshooting
- Define and enforce enterprise digital marketing ecosystem standards, ensuring consistency across all brands while allowing for brand-level customization
Marketing Automation & CRM Optimization
- Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, segmentation and nurture campaigns to improve funnel performance
- Implement personalization across automation workflows (email, web, CRM) to increase engagement and efficiency
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve UX and conversion
- Use behavior analytics and testing frameworks to identify and implement ongoing funnel optimizations
Content Strategy & Digital Asset Governance
- Lead SEO and AI-driven content strategy including keyword planning, optimization, schema usage and content lifecycle management
- Manage digital asset library for websites, emails and campaigns ensuring adherence to brand standards
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
- Develop and maintain attribution models to measure campaign and channel performance
- Create dashboards and predictive analytics to track KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, SEO performance)
- Use insights to optimize budget allocation, content performance and processes
Compliance & Data Privacy
- Ensure digital activities meet GDPR, CCPA, ADA and data privacy requirements
- Oversee cookie consent and data tracking protocols across all web properties
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage marketing technology, external creative and development partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality and brand standards

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing, marketing technology or CRM administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar), Google Analytics, WCM and CRO tools
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance management
- Familiarity with compliance standards including GDPR, CCPA and ADA
