We are seeking an IT Support Technician to support a growing healthcare organization across multiple clinic locations. This role combines remote support with field-based troubleshooting, focusing on delivering timely, high-quality technical support in a fast-paced environment.
This position operates in a remote-first support model, with onsite travel as needed for troubleshooting, device support, and project work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support for end users (password resets, access, device troubleshooting)
- Travel to clinic locations for onsite support as needed
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support clinical staff in time-sensitive situations where system access impacts patient care
- Assist with hardware deployments and refresh projects
- Document issues and resolutions clearly
Additional Details:
- Travel required (no overnight travel)
- Schedule: Mix of onsite and remote based on business needs
- On-call rotation required (approximately every 9–10 weeks)
