- Design and implement the technical architecture and design of all telephony network solutions; analyze existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions; manage / maintain corporate CCaaS / CPaaS / UCaaS solutions
- Manage / maintain Cisco Unified Communications products including Unified Communications Manager, Unity, and Call Center Express
- Install and configure voice gateways as part of the IP telephony system
- Install and configure local area network (LAN) switches
- Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware and software problems
- Provide systems administration training to Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Telephony Engineer I
- Provide escalated advanced support in troubleshooting voice issues
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose: ensuring guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
- Trade or vocational school preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum three years’ voice / network troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience managing / maintaining CCaaS / CPaaS / UCaaS solutions (Five9, MS Teams Voice, Cisco WebEx preferred)
- Basic switching and wireless network knowledge
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) designation including CCNA routing and switching
- CCNA Voice designations preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- General Microsoft Visio skills
