Segra is searching for a Manager, Order Analyst, to lead our QA team, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure all orders are audited timely and transitioned to the post sales process accurately. This manager will also provide guidance across the organization to ensure the end-to-end process is followed. The Manager, Order Analyst will utilize company systems and dashboards to track workload, distribute orders and monitor progress. This role will focus heavily on providing excellent internal service cross-functionally, as well as acting as the Subject-Matter-Expert and first point of escalation for order processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Order Analysts to efficiently support the pre and post-sales process, ensuring accurate auditing of all orders and timely entry required for billing purposes.
• Oversee the overall team performance, utilizing company systems and dashboards to track workload, distribute orders, and monitor progress effectively.
• Ensure Order Analysts utilize all associated Dashboards/Reporting/Systems & Tools.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
• Exercise decision-making authority, which may involve setting strategic direction, long-term plans, and making impactful resource allocation decisions to drive organizational success.
• Train team and other users on all order entry systems and associated processes. Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures within their team/dept to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide verbal feedback to team members regarding processes, methods, systems, and proposed solutions to foster continuous improvement and ensure optimal performance in supporting the pre- and post-sales process.
• Assess workload distribution, identify skill gaps, and make recommendations for hiring, training, or reallocating resources as needed to maintain optimal productivity and performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management as required
  Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management, including customer account research, special reports and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired. MS Office knowledge. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team. Knowledge and experience with process and order analysis/audit.
• Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive and collaborative verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit honesty, integrity and courtesy in all interactions. Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
