Job Summary:
Segra is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr National Account Executive - Carrier Sales to join our team. This role is responsible for driving new sales and managing existing accounts for transport, fiber to the cell, and carrier end-user services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale telecommunications and a passion for building long-term relationships with domestic and international carriers, cable companies, resellers, data centers, and other telecom partners. Experience working with large national wireless providers is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage relationships with wholesale clients including carriers, cable companies, resellers, and data centers to promote Segra’s expanded fiber network services.
  • Drive new sales opportunities and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Evaluate and coordinate potential new network partnerships, including network augmentations that complement Segra’s infrastructure.
  • Advocate for partner networks and identify opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Continuously assess and refine pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market.
  • Lead the development of special projects, including preparing quotes and responding to RFPs for telecommunications services.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the wholesale telecom landscape and Segra’s competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant years of experience.
  • Proven success in wholesale telecommunications sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale business operations and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced industry.
