Role Overview
The Senior Network Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the company’s on-net/near-net building list which leads to future sales opportunities. Will be responsible for communicating with Sales and Market leaders to ensure that the 500K+ list is accurate. This role is also responsible for generating, auditing, and communicating Service Level Agreement (SLA) Service Delivery and Assurance reports. This role will drive reduced monthly expenses as it pertains to SLA Credits awarded to Carrier customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform Near-Net/On-Net data quarterly refreshes, which entails requesting data from Connectbase.
- Responsible for auditing data and ensuring the dataset of 500K+ unique entities is accurate.
- Responsible for correcting any erroneous data from Connectbase for Sales teams to be enabled to make ON/NN sales.
- Work Closely with GIS to ensure that all uploads are accurately uploaded.
- Will work with each market’s OSP teams to identify zones that are Near-Net eligible.
- Responsible for creating, auditing, & communicating AT&T wireline & wireless reports pertaining to Service Delivery and Service Assurance.
- Will communicate results to both AT&T and internal audiences; Finance & Accounting, to prepare them for any future Service Level Agreement Performance credits.
- Responsible for responding to T-Mobile’s wireless Service Assurance report.
- Will extensively research each reported outage against any known trouble tickets, scheduled maintenance, or 3rd party fiber cuts.
- Will respond to T-Mobile by their requested date and provide Finance, Accounting, & Engineering with notice of any future Service Level Agreement Performance credits.
- Responsible for training Network Data Analysts
- Participates in meetings with customers to review SLA reports and defend with data Segra’s position on the requested SLA Credits
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience related to network performance data in Telecom required
Key Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite required.
- Experience communicating with upper management required.
- Familiarity with Segra’s Network data in OcularIP, SegraOne, Change Manager, GIS, TTS preferred.
- Familiar with Carrier Master Service Agreements and the performance requirements associated to each customer preferred.
- Ability to drive projects with minimal supervision; ability to hold others accountable; operate with a sense of urgency required.
- Experience communicating with external audiences including customers and vendors required.

Salary Range: $74,340 - $90,500
