What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making 50-75 outbound calls per day to generate qualified leads.
  • Engaging prospects and setting appointments for the Business Development Manager (BDM).
  • Using CRM tools to track pipeline, follow-up tasks, and conversion metrics.
  • Handling objections and identifying client needs on the fly.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and participating in weekly coaching.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B calling.
  • Are coachable, curious, and hungry to improve.
  • Can handle rejection and still bring energy to your next call.
  • Are organized and accountable — you follow up and follow through.
  • Know how to use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs (bonus).

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $50,000/year
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000/year
  • Weekly and monthly performance incentives available.
