We’re looking for a driven, confident Inside Sales Representative to help fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll be the first connection with potential clients—starting conversations, building interest, and setting up opportunities for our Outside Sales Team.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to generate and qualify new leads
  • Connect with business decision-makers and spark meaningful conversations
  • Introduce our services and show how we help businesses succeed
  • Schedule meetings for our Outside Sales Team
  • Keep CRM data accurate and organized
  • Hit weekly activity and appointment goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicator with a natural, confident conversation style
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Sales or lead generation experience preferred

Bonus Points

  • Inside sales experience
  • Sales training (Sandler or similar)

Salary

  • $50,000-$60,000 Base. OTE ~ $90,000
