Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and at least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Familiarity withuniversity operations, including parking and transportation services.
- Knowledge of UT policies and campus layout.
