This position within the Office of Shared Services is responsible for performing financial and data entry tasks for SSO clients. The position coordinates with applicable client personnel to perform data entry, invoice processing, reconciliation, and contract administration.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of similar experience including experience in Excel, data entry processing and invoices in an office environment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and computer experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to track and enter data accurately.
  • Exceptional customer service and the ability to exercise sound judgement.

Preferred Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate degree or Vocational/Tech training

Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in a business field and experience using a University ERP and interpreting fiscal policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Business accounting and technical experience.
  • Fiscal policy knowledge as related to the position.

  • Onsite with option for 1-day remote

The position will be responsible for processing invoices, deposits, Contract and PO entry, PCard and ledger reconciliations, maintaining and tracking campus compliance records, supply ordering, and other duties to provide administrative support for other UT departments.
