Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader Mammography role based in Knoxville, TN. The Team Leader Mammography oversees daily operations of the mammography department including technologist schedules, workflow coordination, and ensuring efficient, patient-centered service. This role supervises technologists and provides coaching and training, promotes adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography (or eligibility), and appropriate state licensure as required.
• Team leadership abilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, coaching, and performance support.
• Strong patient-centered patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Clinical knowledge in mammography and medicine relevant to breast imaging, including familiarity with safety standards, quality controls, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or precepting clinical staff, with a focus on developing skills
