\n
The purpose of this job is to design, maintain, and upgrade critical components of the systems information technology (IT) infrastructure including the data center infrastructure.
\n\n
Assist in the design, planning and implementation of system infrastructure projects.
\n
Tune and design systems infrastructure for maximum available performance.
\n
Write scripts and automate to facilitate daily system functions.
\n
Guide the resolution of complex performance and availability issues working with other team members and business users.
\n
Provide feedback on issues to appropriate developers and IT team members to improve functionality and performance.
\n
Educate and mentor team members and operations staff.
\n
Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
\n
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
\n
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours support.
\n
Complete other duties as assigned

\nQualifications
\n
Associate degree in computer science or related field required
\n
Minimum 4 to 7 years’ relevant experience required
\n
Advanced knowledge of the entire Microsoft Enterprise Suite
\n
Advanced Microsoft Exchange skills
\n
Advanced knowledge in Active Directory
\n
Advanced Microsoft Azure skills
\n
Advanced knowledge of Citrix Netscaler and VMWare ESXi preferred
\n
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
\n
Ability to exercise independent judgment
\n
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
\n
Ability to communicate technical information about servers to software developers and non-technical stakeholders
\n
Negotiation skills
