Job Description

The Director of Enterprise Architecture provides strategic leadership and vision for the enterprise architecture function across the organization. This role involves setting the direction for architecture practices, driving innovation, and ensuring that architectural initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals. The Director oversees the development and implementation of enterprise-wide architectural frameworks, collaborates with executive leadership, and advocates for the adoption of advanced technologies to drive business transformation. Additionally, the Director mentors senior managers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and excellence in enterprise architecture.

  • Advocate for the adoption of advanced technologies to drive business transformation
  • Act as a key strategic technology thought partner and advisor to technology leaders and infrastructure teams, bridging the gap between technical teams and business strategy.
  • Leadership experience and govern the Architecture Review Board, leading cross-functional discipline teams to ensure architectural consistency and adherence to standards.
  • Technical Contract & Architecture Review experience in, or lead the process of, reviewing technical contracts and guiding the architecture review process.
  • Substantial experience in leading and mentoring technical architecture teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Master's Degree or Equivalent preferred
  • At least 10-15 Years' experience in related field
  • Strategic Architectural Frameworks
  • Mastery of strategic architectural frameworks and methodologies
  • Expertise in integrating IT and business strategies at an enterprise level.
  • Proven Skills in driving the adoption of innovative technologies within the architecture framework.
  • Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for all tools, applications, infrastructure, and platforms, ensuring tight alignment with the overall company strategy.
  • Demonstrate deep, wide-ranging knowledge of the entire enterprise technology landscape and operations.
  • Drive solution architecture best practices and leverage the ability to influence and lead teams, even when working with incomplete information.
  • Bring 7-10 years of senior architecture leadership experience, with proven ability to influence VPs and non-technical leadership, translating complex technology concepts into realistic, business-centric outcomes
Additional Information
  • Overnight travel required up to 10%, training conferences, special sessions only as needed
  • General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and off hours (Only as needed to support major launches or incidents)
