The Coordinator of Cooler is responsible for assisting in the store execution of a $495M Category across 650+ stores in 42 states. This role works with the category leaders in taking strategies and making them a reality in stores. As the voice of the category to the stores you will ensure the execution of the Cooler strategies and ensure stores have what they need to be successful in the Cooler category.
Essential Job Functions
- Team lead in our Service Now platform where the stores can communicate opportunities and issues to the category.
- Oversee the development of our "On Ramp" booklet the category develops for stores that provide the instructions on execution of resets, marketing signage, promotional signage, shippers or any other activity the category needs the stores to execute.
- Assist the category team in our internal systems, working with pricebook teams on setting up new items, promotions, retails, etc.
- Work with our distribution partners to ensure on time deliveries and to help stores through any issues of missed deliveries or cut deliveries.
- Assist our new store opening teams in ensuring they have all that they need for new store openings such as cooler fixtures, signage, drink delivery scheduling, etc.
- Work with marketing team to ensure all signage for promotions and other in store activity get to stores correctly and in the correct amounts.

Specialized Knowledge
Experience in convenience industry, retail industry or consumer packaged goods.
