Job Description
This is a temporary role that acts as a liaison between customers, sales, estimating and production.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, estimating and production.
- Send emails regarding order status. Follow up on proof sent emails to expedite approval.
- Track your assigned jobs on a daly basis through production to give status updates and projected delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries about orders, estimates, and shipping. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, addressing their concerns and providing accurate and helpful information.
- Process orders and jobs by order placed date, based on customer specifications.
- Verify art file to customer order by checking size, page count, color, bleed, marks, ext.
- Verify ALL parts are ready to go, main file, envelopes, any variable data and mail lists.
- Handle escalated customer concerns or issues with diplomacy and patience, ensuring resolutions are reached and customers are satisfied.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, gathering feedback and suggestions to improve service quality and identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1yr customer service experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- PC computer skills.
- Good grammar and spelling.
- Learn and operate in DASH
- Learn and operate Monarch
- Proper customer relations and phone etiquette.
- Business casual attire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial and/or digital print experience.
