The Financial Associate coordinates and executes reimbursements for over 250 residence life staff members. The position reviews documents to verify all approvals and proper documentation is in place before submitting reimbursements. Additionally, the Financial Associate coordinates and executes the purchasing of office supplies and programming supplies for the residence life unit, and provides support to the Assistant Directors in reviewing information in the eRezLife system.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree or above
- Experience: 2 years of progressive administrative experience. May include reimbursements, purchase support and assisting data entry.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Skilled with technology including Microsoft Office suite of products; Ability to work in a deadline driven environment; Ability to be detailed oriented; Ability to work minimal supervision; Providing training to University Housing staff members, as needed.

- UT market range: MR06
- Minimum starting salary: Minimum salary is $41,326. Final salary commensurate with education and experience.
